# Pricing — WrightOps

WrightOps prices work against the shape of the operational problem, the level of discovery required, and how much implementation support is needed after go-live.

## First conversation

- Price: $0.
- Length: 30 minutes.
- Purpose: Bring the operational problem. Leave with a clear view on whether AI is likely to help, what the next step would be, and whether WrightOps is the right firm for the work.
- Contact: hello@wrightops.ai or https://wrightops.ai/contact.

## AI Strategy and Opportunity Assessment

- Price: scoped after the first conversation.
- Typical duration: four to six weeks.
- Format: fixed-scope where the work can be clearly bounded.
- Deliverables: a ranked list of AI opportunities scored by operational impact, implementation cost and risk; a recommended sequence of what to fund, defer or leave alone; and a short written assessment for operational leaders, the CFO and the board.

## AI Implementation

- Price: scoped after discovery.
- Typical duration: six to twelve weeks per agent or workflow.
- Format: fixed-scope for bounded workflows, or time-and-materials when the problem needs discovery before it can be priced responsibly.
- Deliverables: working AI agents or workflows inside the systems the team already uses; documentation; training; internal champions; and support after go-live.

## AI Security and Governance

- Price: scoped after the first conversation.
- Typical duration: three to eight weeks.
- Format: fixed-scope for a defined risk review, or time-and-materials where the environment needs deeper discovery.
- Deliverables: an inventory of AI tools and agents in use; a threat model of where AI has widened exposure; prioritised controls; and governance sized to the regulators the organisation answers to.

## Pricing principles

- WrightOps does not take vendor partnership revenue behind recommendations.
- Recommendations are based on what the organisation needs, not what WrightOps can resell.
- Existing technology is checked before a new platform is recommended.
- Work is scoped honestly. If AI is not the right answer, WrightOps will say so.
