How the call works
Cayley Wright, founder of WrightOps, at a coffee shop with a cup of tea.

We will discuss the problem, what you have tried and whether AI is likely to help. If the work needs discovery before it can be scoped, we will explain why.

If AI is not the right answer, we will say so. The next step may be a scoped engagement or a closer look at your existing systems.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

  • Yes. The first conversation is half an hour, free, with no pitch. You bring the problem and leave with a clearer next step. It is also honest about whether WrightOps is the right firm for what you are trying to do. If it is not, you will be told.

  • We discuss the work you want to improve, your existing systems and your constraints. We then agree a useful next step. A detailed scope and quote may need further discovery.

  • Within one business day. The contact form goes straight to the founder's inbox, not a CRM queue, so the reply comes from the person you would actually work with.

  • Sydney, Australia. WrightOps works with organisations across Australia, and you can reach the team any time at hello@wrightops.ai.
