This is how WrightOps Pty Ltd handles personal information.
What we collect
When you contact us via the website: your name, email, company and role, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you visit any page: anonymised analytics: pages viewed, rough region, device type. We use Plausible Analytics, which doesn't set cookies and aggregates anonymous data only.
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and run the first conversation
- If you become a client, to deliver the engagement and send invoices
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
- For occasional updates, only if you've explicitly opted in
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information
- We don't share it with third parties for marketing
- We don't add you to any list without your consent
- We don't track you across other websites
Where it's stored
We store business information in Google Workspace (email, documents), Notion (notes and CRM), Stripe (invoicing), and our website host. Some of these providers may process data outside Australia.
We hold information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Engagement records are kept for seven years, consistent with ATO requirements.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete information we no longer have a legal reason to hold
- Stop sending you communications

If we don't resolve your concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This site uses no third-party cookies. Only essential session cookies are set when you submit the contact form.
Updates to this policy
If this policy changes materially, this page will be updated and the date below will change. Existing clients will be notified in writing if the change affects how their information is handled.
